The art must not directly emulate another artwork.
Creative.
The work must be creative in either execution or content.
Distinctly Australian or about the Australian Experience.
The artwork must relate to the experience of living in Australia or being an Australian.
Collaborative.
The nature of the work must require the support of multiple No Enemy members, and preferably many non members.
Further the cause of the ethical production of art.
Whether it be through supporting disadvantaged artists or interacting with social causes or disadvantaged communities.
